Three Ingredients Cheap Recipes For Lebanon’s Financial Crisis!
Amidst the Lebanese crisis in Lebanon, our options for snacks and food are much lower. We searched the internet in the hope to find awesome snacks to try and share! Here is a delicious yet cheap recipe for three ingredients cucumber chips. The best thing? They are healthy! Note: They are also good for Keto Diet!
- 2-3 cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of paprika or any of your favorite spices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar (optional)
Cucumber Chips Preparation
- Wash cucumbers and cut them to thin pieces
- Place in a bowl and add salt, olive oil, vinegar (optional), and your favorite spices (optional) and mix it well.
- Bake in the oven until crunchy if you don’t have a dehydrator
Et voila! That’s all you need to do to have a delicious healthy snack during the evening.
